  1. Nice summary of Todd’s altmetrics talk; wish I could’ve been there to see it! I wanted to mention one tool that’s not listed in there: ImpactStory, a nonprofit, open source app I’m a cofounder of.

    We do as PLOS does, going out and finding metrics from all sorts of social media mentions, Wikipedia, citations, and much more. However, instead of being built around a journal, we’re built around individuals, who can input all sorts of items (articles, datasets, software, slides, etc) and then get their impact back.

  2. My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find most of your post’s to be exactly I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content available for you? I wouldn’t mind composing a post or elaborating on most of the subjects you write regarding here. Again, awesome website!
